He is a lifetime American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Pastry Chef and a member of the American Academy of Chefs. Todd's diverse professional background includes roles in private clubs, high-end resorts, convention hotels, restaurant ownership, consulting and menu development, research and development, catering, education, high-end senior living, and food distribution. His extensive experience and culinary excellence contribute significantly to the innovative solutions offered by Kazenske Consulting.
